Умопомрачительный бутерброд «Tuna melt»
- Тунец консервированный в собственном соку – 1 банка
- Петрушка – 20 г.
- Сельдерей – 40 г.
- Каперсы – 2 ст.л.
- Томатная паста или соус – 1 ч.л.
- Майонез – 2 ч.л.
- Сыр моцарелла – 50 г.
- Сливочное масло – 2 ст.л.
- Багет или белый хлеб – 2 ломтика
- Твердый сыр – 40 г.
- Соль, перец по вкусу
1)Консервированный тунец выложить в тарелку и поломать вилкой.
2)Добавить к тунцу мелко нарезанный сельдерей и петрушку.
3)Добавить 2 ложки каперсов.
4)Положить майонез и томатную пасту.
5)Перемешать все ингредиенты и добавить сыр моцареллу.
6)Багет смазать сливочным маслом, положить в форму для выпечки. Поставить в предварительно разогретую до 170 градусов духовку до образования золотистой корочки, у нас на это ушло 10 минут.
7)Кусочки багета перевернуть на другую сторону, смазать маслом и снова поставить в духовку.
8)Достать кусочки багета, выложить на них тунец.
9)Твердый сыр натереть на терке и посыпать поверх тунца. Убрать в разогретую духовку до тех пор, пока сыр не расплавится.
