Рецепт: Говяжий рулет — Холодное блюдо
Сегодня у меня был очень насыщенный кулинарный день. Хочу поделиться с вами плодами своего творения. Мне удалось раздобыть говяжью голову. Изначально, я подумала, что это бесполезный продукт и даже не хотела ничего из него готовить. Но моя свекровь, посоветовала мне сделать мясные рулеты. Вот я и решила попробовать. Хочу вам сразу сказать, вкус этих рулетов просто потрясающий. Аромат готовых, порезанных ломтиков потрясающий. Если у вас когда-нибудь появится говяжья голова, то непременно приготовьте это блюдо, вы не пожалеете.
Хочу заметить, у меня получилось 6 рулетов.
1. Говяжью голову я разрубила на куски. У меня большая кастрюля для варки, поэтому куски у меня тоже большого размера. Вымачивала мясо я с вечера. Меняла три раза воду. Поставила вариться голову. Варила 4 часа. Во время варки я добавила соль.
2. Куски мяса вытащила, дала им остыть. Мясо должно легко отделяться от костей.
3. Кости отделила и выбросила.
4. Чеснок я натерла на тёрке, туда же добавила перец.
5. Переложила чеснок с перцем в мясо, добавила немного соли. На стол положила пакет. На него поместила нужное количество мяса, примерно две горсти.
6. Завернула колбаску. Оставила рулетики остывать на 3 часа.
7. Вкусный мясной рулет я порезала на куски и подала на стол.

Это блюдо — довольно необычное и оригинальное. Оно получается очень вкусным и смотрится очень красиво, поэтому его можно приготовить даже и для праздничного стола. Перед подачей на стол кусочки рулета можно украсить веточками зелени.

Список ингредиентов
- головизна — 3-4 кг
- репчатый лук — 1 шт
- морковь — 1 шт
- чеснок — 3-4 зубочка
- острый красный перец — 1/2-1 шт
- чёрный молотый перец — по вкусу
- соль — по вкусу
- майоран — по вкусу
- зира — по вкусу
- лавровый лист — по вкусу
Способ приготовления
Мясо тщательно помыть и выложить в кипящую воду. Снова довести до кипения и снять пенку. Лук и морковь почистить и разрезать на несколько частей. Добавить овощи в кастрюлю с мясом. Добавить лавровый лист и варить мясо до готовности. В середине варки головизну нужно посолить.
Переложить готовое мясо в мисочку и охладить. Затем порезать его небольшими кусочками. Чеснок почистить и измельчить. Острый перец помыть и очистить от сердцевины. Добавить к мясу чеснок, острый перец и специи. Тщательно всё перемешать и выложить в прямоугольную форму, равномерно прижимая. Полить мясо несколькими ложками бульона. Накрыть форму фольгой и поместить её в холодильник на несколько часов для полного застывания. Готовый рулет порезать толстыми кусочками и выложить на блюдо.
