Только собрались прогуляться и на тебе, снова дождь. И куда? Конечно на кухню) чуть меньше часа и вот: «Хорошее песочное ПеченечКО». так сказали мои «домашние»))) Рецепт прост, но , как по мне, очень хорошо!

Ингредиенты:
размягченное сливочное масло — 270 гр; сахарная пудра — 100 гр; белки — 2 шт; щепотка соли; мука — 300 гр; ванильный сахар.

Размягченное сливочное масло взбить с сахарной пудрой + ванилльный сахар и соль, масса должна посветлеть. Добавляем в несколько приемов муку. Затем белки. Отсаживаем на пергамент печеньки. А тут важный момент! Отправляем печенье на 30 мин в морозильную камеру, а только потом в разогретую до 170 градусов духовку, на 20 минут. На остывшее печенье можно отсадить немного джема. Ванильный сахар можно заменить корицей, кардамоном .. можно использовать экстракты.

Пробейте погружным блендером банан с сахаром до состояния пюре.

Добавьте горячее кокосовое масло, снова пробейте до однородной гладкой консистенции.

Получившуюся массу переложите в миску, добавьте сухие ингредиенты – муку, кофе, разрыхлитель и просеянное через сито какао-порошок. Замесите тесто.

Сформируйте печенье размером с большой грецкий орех. Выложите на пергамент. Мокрым ножом сделайте полоску по центру.

Выпекайте в духовке, разогретой до 180°С 15-18 минут.
