как варить макароны макфа? Как сварить макароны макфа?
Доведи воду до кипения, посоли и потом положи туда макароны. Варить до готовности, потом скинуть в дуршлаг, переложить обратно в кастрюлю, добавить сливочное масло и размешать..
Один из самых лучших причин приготовления макарон заключается в том, что за 15 минут вы получаете готовый ужин. Если вы хотите получить наслаждение от приготовления и поглощения макарон, мой вам совет — покупайте макароны самого высокого качества. Да, они дороже, но мы не говорим о гигантских затратах. Макароны плохого качества получаются липкие и разваливающиеся. Поэтому, когда покупаете макароны, убедитесь, что на упаковке написано pasta di semola di grano duro — макароны из твердой пшеницы.
1. Всегда используйте большую кастрюлю, с как минимум 2.25 л воды на каждые 225 гр макарон, в которую добавлено 1 ст л соли. Я рекомендую это количество сухих макарон (спагетти или макарон любой другой формы) на две порции, как основное блюдо (с соусом) и 4 порции (по 110-175 гр) как закуска. Перед тем, как вы опускаете макароны, убедитесь, что вода закипела. Добавьте макароны как можно быстрее, перемешайте только один раз, чтобы разделить макароны. Если вы готовите длинные макароны, например, спагетти, аккуратно надавите на них; в воде они становятся мягкими и улягутся в кастрюлю. Уложите их по периметру кастрюли.
2. Не нужно накрывать кастрюлю крышкой: вода снова быстро закипит, и если вы накроете кастрюлю крышкой, все вытечет на плиту. Поставьте таймер — качественные макароны варятся 10-12 минут, но время приготовления зависит от формы и качества макарон. Поэтому единственный верный способ проверить, готовы ли макароны — попробовать их. Сделайте это через 8 минут, затем 9, 10 и тд. Это нужно делать, только если вы готовите макароны этой фирмы первый раз. После этого вы всегда будете знать сколько это занимает. Иногда нужно варить макароны на минуту меньше, но подержать на огне на минуту больше уже вместе с соусом.
3. Подготовьте дуршлаг и когда вы начнете сливать макароны, ополосните сначала дуршлаг кипятком — это нагреет его и подготовит к горячим макаронам. Не сливайте слишком хорошо — несколько капель жидкости должно остаться, чтобы макароны не пересохли. Поставьте дуршлаг с макаронами на кастрюлю, чтобы в нее стекала вся жидкость.
4. Всегда подавайте макароны на подогретых тарелках, чтобы они были как можно более горячими, когда вы подаете их на стол. Спагетти лучше всего подавать специальными щипцами и всегда поднимать их высоко, чтобы отделить одну порцию от другой.
Если макароны будут еще готовиться (например в запеканке с сырным соусом) , отваривайте вполовину меньше обычного времени.
